思路：名词短语 an integral part... 作同位语，句子结构非常紧凑。
注：
1、三个版本展示了三种不同的句子结构：
Version 1 是并列句，用 and 连接两个对等的信息，适合大多数场合，简单明了。
Version 2 是主从结构，用 As... 介词短语作状语，主句表达核心信息，显得更有层次。
Version 3 是简单句加同位语，结构紧凑。
在实际写作中，可以根据上下文的句式和自己的表达习惯灵活选择。如果前一句已经用了很多 and，就可以考虑 Version 2 或 3 来增加句式多样性。
2、“中国传统文化”是 traditional Chinese culture，不是 Chinese traditional culture。英文的习惯是“主观描述 + 客观类别 + 中心词”，所以 traditional（主观描述）在前，Chinese（客观类别）在后，共同修饰 culture。
